Mossagården Eko

We want to accelerate the process of starting an organic hemp center at Mossagården in Veberöd and kick-start the large hemp factory for innovation and research; a future-proof, time-adapted and smart factory.

Gasporox AB

Gasporox has a highly skilled team most from the Division of Atomic Physics at Lund University, and since 2005 Gasporox has developed and commercialized the tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology for a number of applications in food and pharma.

The Gasporox laser based sensors can be integrated into inspection- and/or production lines for 100% fast, reliable and accurate gas measurements of the gas content inside the package or for leak testing.

EVE rebellion was started because their founders Mikaela & Emelie found cocoa juice and in 2020 began to work with this residual product with the idea of creating a really good alcohol-free drink – which tastes good, contributes to sustainability and creates a festive atmosphere.

Cocoa juice, which is a residual product, is thrown away in large quantities in the huge cocoa industry – as a product, it is sweet and healthy with tones of lychee and elder. Sustainable Food Waste SFW

Today, the food chain doesn’t know how the shelf life of frozen and chilled food is affected by changes in temperature. To be on the safe side in the event of a temperature deviation, the food is thrown away. The innovative SFW app can, with the help of a secured database, deliver clear and up-to-date information on how a product’s shelf life has been affected by a rise in temperature. Which benefits the various players in the food chain through ensure shelf life, reduced food waste and a reduced environmental impact.
