We’re excited to announce that Alessio D’Antino, Founder and CEO of Forward Fooding, will join Foodtech Forum 2026 as keynote speaker. 

As one of the leading voices in the global FoodTech ecosystem, Alessio works with startups, investors, food companies and innovation organisations around the world to identify emerging trends and opportunities shaping the future of food. 

At Foodtech Forum, he will share insights from the global FoodTech landscape, including startup activity, investment trends, breakthrough technologies and the collaborations driving innovation across the food system. 

The session will also explore the Nordic AgriFoodTech ecosystem and discuss how the region can build on its strengths to create a more sustainable and competitive food system.
