Oddbird produce quality wines, made with traditional methods and matured for up to 12 months, and then gently liberated from alcohol in order to preserve the flavors nature intended. But liberated from alcohol does not only describe the removal of the substance. It also describes the liberation from our drinking culture. Liberation from norms and the preconceived notion that alcohol is an integral part of celebratory occasions. Liberation is the ability to chose between with or without alcohol. Liberation is a desired outcome of democratization which is exactly what we intend to do with the dinner table.

EVE Rebellion

EVE rebellion was started because their founders Mikaela & Emelie found cocoa juice and in 2020 began to work with this residual product with the idea of creating a really good alcohol-free drink – which tastes good, contributes to sustainability and creates a festive atmosphere.

Cocoa juice, which is a residual product, is thrown away in large quantities in the huge cocoa industry – as a product, it is sweet and healthy with tones of lychee and elder. In the summer of 2022, the first batch was launched – completely natural and without added sugar. The drink is produced in small-scale production in Trelleborg.
